Hot Sauce Histories

In this section I'll be looking at the history of hot sauce through the eyes of a hot sauce fanatic.  It will be heavily slanted towards the products that we first started stocking many years ago, the evolution or demise of those companies, the changes in branding, packaging, recipes etc. Follow me on the journey but don't forget it will be from my frame of reference - not a hot sauce history 101 section!

Just setting up our long awaited Blog.  The idea is that it will feature my thoughts, observations, reviews and general ramblings on all the stuff to do with a business that has given me so much over the years - the Hot Sauce industry!  Stay tuned.....
