Each post I will select an old favourite and tell you as much about it as I can, including where I first came across it, when we first stocked it, what makes it a classic and so on.  Some of these sauces may have changed over the years and some may even be discontinued but if you're a hot sauce fanatic like me then you'll find this section interesting!
