Industry Comment

In this section I'll be giving you my opinion on recent industry developments both worldwide and in the UK.  Always bashing importers?  Be prepared for the backlash!  Do you bang on about "buy British, buy local"?....then be prepared for support (we stock a lot of very fine UK made product) but also some hard truths!  A hot sauce snob?  Get in the real world!  This promises to be the most contentious section of the blog....
